With Cinema's scattered through the North, East, South and West, Cineworld has a share in almost every major Town and City in the Country, Nottingham included. Located in the Cornerhouse in Nottingham City Centre, Cineworld is easy to access on foot (a firm favourite with Residents of the City Centre because of this), but can be a bit of a pain when visitors are coming by car, as there is a lack of parking in and around the Cornerhouse, although the likes of the Euro car park (located on Upper Parliament Street; about a minutes walk away) and the Victoria Centre white zone (about 5 minutes walk away) are available at a price, with disabled access available. However, what Cineworld loses in it's accessibility department, it makes up with it's prices and features.
Unlike cinemas such as Showcase and Odeon, Cineworld does not fix it's prices on films and so much on the age and status of visitors, but rather Cineworld charges dependent on the time, being more expensive after 5pm on a weekday, so if you are looking to go to the Cinema during the daytime, Cineworld is your place to be; and let's face it, if you have time to see a film during the day, you're probably a student, which means you get a discount on top! Cineworld also offers an 'Unlimited' card for £13.50 a month, giving you the chance to see as many films as you want for free, as well as getting great food and drink offers and preferential invitiations and discounted tickets to film festivals and advanced screenings of future films; a feature which is not available at many other Nottingham cinemas.
Cineworld offers features which you would expect to find such as arcade games and confectionary, but also offers services for those hard of sight and hearing with audio descriptions and subtitles available, and also offers visitors the chance to rent out a screen or parts of the venue, and with 12 screens on offer, it would be one heck of a party!
